1. What this consent is for
If you give this consent, Crewla may measure how the app and the website are used so that we can improve them. For example, we would like to know which screens are opened, at which step a booking or a posting is abandoned, whether searches find results, and how fast pages load.
This consent is optional. If you do not give it, or withdraw it later, you keep using Crewla in the same way; no feature is switched off.
2. The situation today
At the date this version was published, Crewla uses no analytics or measurement tool. Your choice is recorded; when a tool is introduced, it runs only for users who consented. Once a tool is chosen, this text is updated with the tool's name, provider, the country where the data is processed and the retention period, and published as a new version.
[PLACEHOLDER: analytics tool, provider and place of processing — added once chosen]
3. What is measured if you consent
- usage events such as the screens and pages opened and the buttons tapped,
- where flows are left (for example sign-up, creating a posting, booking),
- device type, operating system, app version, language and approximate country,
- performance measures such as page load times.
Measurements are used in aggregate for product decisions. They never include the content of your messages, your phone number, email address, tax or bank details, identity documents or your location. Measurement data is not used for advertising and is not shared with advertising networks.
4. What is separate from this consent
The following are needed for the service to work and stay safe, and are used even without your consent.
Error reports: when the app or the website fails, the type of error, the request path and the technical trace are sent to an error-tracking service (Sentry). Personal data is removed from these reports: your name, phone number, email address, IP address and what you typed are not sent, and there is no usage tracking. The basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service working and secure.
Security and transaction records: records such as sign-in attempts, payments and payouts are kept to prevent abuse and to meet legal obligations. They are described in the Privacy Policy.
Strictly necessary cookies (website): the website uses only the cookies it needs to work:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| fs_session | Your session (encrypted, unreadable by scripts) | Up to 30 days |
| fs_login, fs_reauth | During sign-in, on the way to and back from Keycloak | 10 minutes |
| fs_phone | The number the code went to, while you type the code | 10 minutes |
| NEXT_LOCALE | The language you chose | Browser session or longer |
| fs_business | Which business you act for in a team account | With the session |
| fs_agency_invite, fs_team_invite | Completing an agency or team invite you opened after you sign in | Short-lived |
| fs_passkey_offer | Not showing the passkey suggestion again | Short-lived |
These cookies are not used for advertising or tracking. If analytics is consented to and a measurement tool is introduced, its cookies are added to this table and used only with consent.
5. Legal basis
Measurement is based on your explicit consent under KVKK art. 5(1) and GDPR art. 6(1)(a). In the EU, the ePrivacy rules also require prior consent for measurement tools that store or read information on your device.
6. How to withdraw
You can withdraw at any time on your account page on the website (coming to the mobile app as well). Measurement stops when you withdraw; measurements already collected are deleted or anonymised after [PLACEHOLDER: retention period].
7. Retention
[PLACEHOLDER: retention period for measurement data — once a tool is chosen; suggested at most 14 months]
8. Data controller and your rights
The data controller's identity, your rights and how to exercise them are in the Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
When this text changes, a new version is published. If the scope of measurement grows, we ask for your consent again.
