Your crew, wherever the work is.
Your fair is in another city. Your crew is already there.
Crewla lets you hire verified independent people by the hour, in the city where the work is: trade fairs, airport meet & greet, events and travel.
One example: Selin from Istanbul, a fair in Dubai.
Istanbul · 21 days to the fair
Selin needs four hostesses in Dubai.
The usual way: emails to agencies in a city she doesn't know, one price per head, days of waiting. Nothing says what happens if someone doesn't show.
On Crewla she picks the trade centre on the map and posts the job.
Posting: stand hostess, Dubai World Trade Centre, 3 days 10:00–18:00, 4 people, AED 75 an hour, languages English, Arabic, Turkish.
Istanbul → Dubai
The posting goes where the work is.
Pay, rules and the invoice come from where the work is done: a job in Dubai is in dirhams, under Dubai's rules. Verified people who live there see it.

Applications come in. Selin picks four.
Every applicant's identity is verified; their rating and languages are on show. She pays for each pick on a secure payment page, and the price is known when she picks.

Selin lands. Maya is waiting.
Selin booked her airport meet & greet on Crewla too, and Maya, one of her four, took it. She is at arrivals with Selin's name in her hands. She checked in on the app; her location was matched with the meeting point.

Sana can't make it.
Sana K., 08:12: I'm sick, I can't come.
A stand-in is searched for: verified people who do this work and are free right now. The offer goes to them; the first to accept takes it.
If nobody is found, Sana's pay is refunded to Selin.
Offer: urgent job, stand hostess, Dubai World Trade Centre, today 10:00–18:00, AED 75 an hour.
